Personal training is an investment to yourself, with a guaranteed return. Commit yourself to your personal training sessions with me, as well as to your own workouts and nutrition, and you will see the results you are looking for. All I ask is that you are as committed to me as I am committed to you. Not only do I give my all during every single one of your training sessions, I also spend countless hours both in and out of the gym looking for ways to enhance my knowledge, and provide you with the best service possible. Therefore, please take your sessions seriously and arrive on time, come prepared, and listen to what I have to say. I will always listen to your opinion and take everything you say into consideration. We will work together to help you achieve your goals in a way that best meets your lifestyle and needs. Let me be very clear about something. Being physically fit, and healthy does not mean that you have to deprive yourself of the things you love, and you do not have to spend hours on end in the gym to achieve an optimal level of physical fitness. My training philosophy is different from a lot of trainers in that it is very efficient and functional, and will give you the biggest bang for your buck. I am not an advocate of exercises that target single muscle groups as they are not very functional, are not remotely efficient, and are very boring. Instead, I utilize a wide range of exercises that target the full body as this will allow you to burn the most calories, achieve peak physical fitness at a much faster rate, and help you perform at a much higher level, whether it is for a particular sport, or in everyday life. Variety is also extremely crucial. Many people make the mistake of employing the same training techniques over and over. While these individuals might notice some improvements in the short term, they will certainly plateau and fail to progress toward their goals if they do not add some variation to their training programs. Not only is variety the spice of life, it is a large piece of the puzzle in achieving results both in terms of fitness and nutrition.

I combine my knowledge of the human body, physical fitness, athletic performance/sport, nutrition, psychology, and goal-setting to provide workouts that are very efficient, fun, varied and very specific to individual goals and needs. In order to achieve your goals it is crucial that you leave your comfort zone. I know how to push myself well outside my level of comfort, and I will help you do the same, of course safely and progressively. This is how you will meet and surpass your goals and will experience a great level of empowerment. I will push you to be the best you can be, and you will exceed your expectations!

Fitness and nutrition go hand in hand. You cannot have one without the other. I will help you master the art of eating to achieve your goals. Many people are under the impression that depriving yourself of what you like, or starving yourself is the only way to lose body fat. The bottom line is, if you do this you are only setting yourself up to fail. I will show you how to eat in a way that will help you lose body fat, increase your energy and fitness, while enjoying the food that you love. I will come out and say it, I love chocolate, pizza, and the occasional cold beer. I will never deprive myself of these 3 items. That being said, I know how to incorporate them into my structured eating plan so I will not experience any set-backs. I will teach you how to do the same. Believe me, you will be surprised when you realize how simple it is.

Being physically strong, agile, fast, and athletic is very empowering, and is a great way to safeguard the body against injury. My overall goal is to help as many women/men as possible achieve a level of fitness that they never imagined possible. Your body is your temple, and is the only one you will ever have! Seeing as you will experience your ENTIRE life in this one body, you should invest in your overall physical fitness and nutrition, as they go hand in hand. Although it might seem like hard work, this investment in your health and well-being will greatly enhance your overall life, and will save you a lot of heartache and inconvenience in the future. Staying active through physical activity is imperative! It is never too late for you to get fit, regardless of your age, current fitness level, and lifestyle!
